Under his leadership, Meyzer Group has grown to become a successful Management Consultancy and Investment firm with more than 20 business ventures in Asia with several listed in Asia and USA.
Derek currently manages business development for MEYZER X, focusing on building venture ecosystem, strategic partnerships and early startup scaling. A firm believer in innovation and with a strong network of accelerators and corporate partners.
Derek has more 30 years of regional experiences in sales, project & Infrastructure delivery and management from ABBYY, Automation Anywhere, A10 Network, Oracle, SingTel, NCS and National Computer Board.
Michelle brings over 20 years of expertise in business and intellectual property strategies across a range of technology-driven industries. She previously held the role of Partner in Deloitte Southeast Asia’s Mergers & Acquisitions Transaction Services practice. She led the firm’s Intellectual Property Advisory practice, providing strategic guidance on IP audit, IP strategy, commercialisation, technology landscaping and risk management.
Michelle has held senior leadership roles at International Enterprise Singapore (now Enterprise Singapore Group), and the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore. She is also recognised as one of the world's top 300 IP Strategists from 2019 to 2024 by the Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) publication.

Fiona Sheng has over 10 years of experience in corporate and personal tax compliance, GST, cross-border tax advisory, IRAS tax audits, tax due diligence, and advising family offices and investment entities. She previously expanded her firm's service capabilities to include FATCA/CRS registration and reporting, as well as MASNET annual declarations for clients such as Single Family Offices (SFOs) and Variable Capital Companies (VCCs).
Fiona is well-regarded for her ability to build strong client relationships and is highly trusted for her technical expertise, service quality, and practical problem-solving across a wide range of industries. She has led international tax tender participation within SW International and its global network (e.g., PM, Moss Adams), successfully securing key projects in tax due diligence, advisory, and compliance. Fiona is also experienced in tax matters related to the shipping industry, government incentives, and VCC tax compliance.
In addition, she has led the resolution of complex IRAS audits and provides strategic advice on cross-border tax planning and structuring.
